State Contest Rules

1. Participation in the State Competition is optional and does not result in a change to the amount of the Contribution; it must be declared by the Candidate during Pre-registration.
2. The Participant in the State Competition agrees not to challenge either the rules, as defined by the Organizer and presented in the program provided to participants, or the results as determined by the jury appointed by the Organizer.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to modify the State Competition Rules at any time without having to justify the reasons and undertakes to inform the Participants in advance.
